MEMORIAL DAY INSPIRED OUTFIT

It’s Memorial Day Weekend here in the US, some people take this time
to do some serious summer shopping where I’ll share with you some
deals from my favourite places to shop.  Others celebrate the holiday
by either going to a BBQ or some outdooor get together.  In that event
you will likely slip into a summer staple like this stripe shirt, very
light-weight and breezy.  Wearing white to a bbq might not be a
good choice so don’t be afraid to play with stripes and prints.  Add
some shorts { am loving this red one of mine } that I snag at
Marshalls, or you can even wear a romper or a maxi dress.

Being that you’re probably going to be on your feet for long hours
or maybe the bbq might be on some grassy patch, comfy shoes
are recommended.  Leave the heels at home as they sometimes
get stuck in cracks or sink into the grass { don’t you just hate that?}
So go for some espadrilles { my fave }, cute flats or slip-ons, add some
accessories, I add this hat for a little funk and then you’re ready to go.
